Recruiting roles at varying levels from customer service to senior manager level across the Thames Valley. Providing a guaranteed service, demonstrating highly accurately matched candidates to each live role, within the specified time lines to successful hire stage & beyond. To achieve successful hire KPI’s in line with the client contracts/SLAs to ensure a high level of service is provided at all times.
• Account Management of all live vacancies for a major financial services client
• Working closely with the account management team to ensure that the candidate pipeline is always full and current
• Advertising of all new roles & maintenance of existing roles (in the absence of a resourcer)
