Salary – £25-£30k dependent upon experience

Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Location - Bracknell, Berkshire

Role responsibilities:

To provide an exemplary level of service to our client accounts (large & small the associated candidates and Ocean colleagues at all times. Recruiting roles at varying levels from customer service to senior manager level across the Thames Valley. Providing a guaranteed service, demonstrating highly accurately matched candidates to each live role, within the specified time lines to successful hire stage & beyond. To achieve successful hire KPI’s in line with the client contracts/SLAs to ensure a high level of service is provided at all times.

• Account Management of all live vacancies for a major financial services client

• Working closely with the account management team to ensure that the candidate pipeline is always full and current

• Advertising of all new roles & maintenance of existing roles (in the absence of a resourcer)

• Telephone interviewing selected candidates thoroughly

• Interviewing each candidate face to face to asses for suitability to the clients culture and suitability of the role(s)

• Compiling Ocean CV’s & profiles professionally for selected candidates to submit to our client

• Compiling Interview Confirmations for both client and candidate (with an emphasis on depth of detail for the candidates)

• Liaising with the Ocean on-site recruitment manager for our major client, Ocean colleagues and candidates to secure and arrange interviews

• Liaising with the Ocean on-site recruitment manager and candidates to ensure that the interviews are successful & the candidates are fully prepared

• Organizing & executing mock interviews for candidates where necessary

• Negotiating offers for successfully offered candidates

• Keeping in touch with placed candidates to maintain strong relationships

• Proactive marketing of selected candidates to provide the very best level of service to our candidates in obtaining new opportunities for them.

• Regular visits onsite to meet with the clients line managers, teams and the Ocean onsite Recruitment Manager

• Keep in regular contact with all clients to ensure that we are aware of all opportunities and that these are all documented/recorded accordingly and followed up
